As a normal end user.  Mailbox providers will have to either lose
customers, or make it easy for customers to continue to send/receive
mail.  I don't know how they will make it easy -- maybe they will just
publish screen shots showing how to configure several popular mail
clients to talk SMTP AUTH on port 587.
