Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the Call for Papers for the African Peering
and Interconnection Forum (AfPIF) 2025 is now open!

AfPIF 2025 will take place from 19 to 21 August in Lagos, Nigeria. We are
now accepting proposals for presentations, panels, tutorials, and lightning
talks that explore key challenges and opportunities in Africa’s evolving
Internet ecosystem.

AfPIF is a unique, community-driven event that brings together a wide range
of stakeholders -- including network operators, content providers, data
center professionals, regulators, and researchers -- to promote
collaboration and growth in peering, interconnection, and infrastructure
development.

We welcome submissions on the following themes:

- Regional challenges and opportunities
- Policy and regulatory issues
- Peering and transit
- Data center and content ecosystem development
- Deployment experiences and lessons learned
- Research on the African Internet
- Tools, technologies, and innovation
- Talent development and inclusion
- Other relevant topics related to interconnection in Africa

Proposals will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis, so early
submission is encouraged!
