Hello All,

Please find below the new policy under discussion on ARIN public policy
discussion list regarding IPv4 allocation in Africa Portion of ARIN region 
(southern part of the equator).
The proposed changes are very important for African ISP, and can also be 
useful,
if implemented, for coming AfriNIC policies. I will suggest African ISP 
community
to join ARIN PPML (ppml at arin.net) to support this great idea.
I think this is the first time our region realities will be clearly addressed
in a public Internet resource Policy.
