That marketing brochure isn't very clear. Does each end-user get their own
VSAT terminal, or are they using some distribution mechanism (e.g. wireless
LAN) to link multiple subscribers to the same terminal? It talks about
"coverage area" but that might be wireless coverage or VSAT coverage.

I'd imagine it's not one-VSAT-per-customer unless their customer base is
very spread-out and rural.

In principle it sounds like you need to build metropolitan POPs with VSAT
uplinks and some sort of local wireless distribution; plus all the usual ISP
things (DNS caches, SMTP relays and POP3/webmail servers, web proxy cache,
access controls, bandwidth management, monitoring and ticketing systems,
provisioning and billing systems). Good luck...
