SuSE Linux has got a very helpful tool, called YaST [Yet Another Setup
Tool], that provides key information regarding your existing setup, and what
you intend the setup to become. It will also guide you through the
partitioning process, as well as recognise all other Oss that have been
installed on other partitions.
Just boot CD 1, and follow the on-screen instructions. Remember, nothing has
been done to your system until you click the confirmation in the little
green dialog box [that means no black & white display monitors... just
kidding].
