Well, it's up to the uol.co.ug management to decide whether the effort and
expense of an AV filter (any decent AV solution is commercial) is going to
save them sufficient bandwidth or disk space to make it worthwhile.

I don't agree that they should implement it *for the benefit of the people
who are subscribed to the list*, which is what was suggested, because that
benefit is minimal and because the list members are unlikely to pay them for
the time and money expended.
