bandwidth assignment command line for Mikrotik routerOS

I have just setup my Mikrotik router. It is presently
working but I have not yet succeeded to configure
bandwidth management despite the apparent simplicity
of the manual.

Could someone outthere give me the straight command
line to allow each clients on my lan interface a
bandwitdth of 32-64kb.
