Okay, so it sounds like we're in agreement on that... Does it seem to you
like these folks are more in need of _data_ from outside their own
organizations, or training on how to collect it from within their own
organizations?
I am, of course, trying to collect everything I can at exchanges, and get
ISPs to start instrumenting their own transit and peering with netflow so
they can start doing per-bit-delivery-cost analysis and forecasting, but
that's not a short-term goal.
