Just a correction; in the example I sent, anywhere you see "radius", replace
with the parameter "tacacs+".

Also, you will need to specify your TACACS+ servers like so:

conf t
 tacacs-server host x.x.x.x auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813 key secret

"secret" is the shared secret key between your AS5300 and your TACACS+
server.

I need to provide dedicated dial up service to the Internet to a few of our
ISP's customers but could not figure out how to go about it.

We have a Cisco AS5300 access server and use tacacs+ for authentication.
