It is very difficult to help when you provide false
information. Besides Brian Candler's advice (use RFC 1918), I would
say that there is no real reason to cheat and to mislead people. This
is childish (and do not mention bogus security reasons).
Apart from that, the following facts:
* inability to quote properly the messages (you must add a > before
the lines you quote - most mail readers do it automatically - and
there is no need to quote the entire message you reply to),
* use of a ridiculous pseudonym (specially combined with the use of a
Yahoo account, while you are supposed to be a big organization since
you need BGP),
seriously make me doubt about your ability to operate a network.
