Walter,
Thanks herewith a response to your
questions.
1. Firmware version is 3.0.31 and the flash type is
StrataFlash 4M
2. The client side radio is an
SU-NI-BD-2.4
3. The date & year of release (of the
firmware i think) is Mon 19 Feb 2001
Trust this will help - but please be informed that
after a spell of silence the radio picked up again and started working. We
are still curious to find out the problem with the radio as it seems to be
developing a pattern of goin offline.
Regards

Chapuma,
Questions for you first before sort your problem:-
1.
What firmware version do you use ?
2. Is
that SU-A-1D or SU-A-BD you are using
in client side ?
3. Which year does
product made ?
I might
find what wrong from here.
Walter
We are operating a wireless Internet service with
Breezecom equipment in the 2.4GHz, ISM Band. One problem we are having
is with one subscriber unit at a client's place. It keeps hanging and causing
this client to go offline. Sometimes after resetting the unit it starts
working again. By resetting I mean powering the unit off then back on
again. What could possibly go wrong with a subscriber unit. We
cross-checked the software configuration and this seems to be
intact.
Please help - it will be greatly
appreciated!
