I'd also recommend taking a DVB system. It allows you to scale your
much-needed downlink bandwidth to the tune of 45Mbps [and possibly higher in
the near future], while keeping your uplink in check, and even separate.
It's a multi-service and multi-protocol platform that allows to do more than
just IP - Video and Voice too.

Panamsat has come out with a fairly cheap Ku band vsat
solution. But for something that combines price and
quality go for shiron-Israel(shiron.com)
