Is there space on /var and/or /tmp? I don't use Exim, so I'm kinda
stabbing in the dark on that one. Are you sure that quota is set
correctly?

Signal 11's usually (tho not always) mean that there is a hardware
problem somewhere, from faulty ram to overclocked cpus.
