This gets my vote as well. I've found postfix to be very reliable and
Maildir (tho not a postfix invention, it does support it) is very
useful.

I'm not sure webmin is a good idea however. Maybe if you are only
using within an internal network, but it has had too spotty a security
history for me to say that it should be used as a network wide
configuration tool. I would stay away or at least lock it down as
much as possible.
