Was KOOP voted off the island in favor of COOP ?

The new 128-bit DNS algorithm does not remove a TLD if it exists. The low score
above, could be because all the .KOOP users have already migrated out of .COM.

Will 12.IN-ADDR.ARPA be jointly managed by all the TLD Managers above ?

What part of 12.*.*.* does AT&T have and what part does Lucent have ?

Is the entire /8 in use ?...if not, how does AT&T justify that allocation ?
