Cisco 2511 modem usage.

Hello all,

I am using radius on a  Red Hat Linux server for authenticating my dialup
users !
I am still using Cisco 2511 for my dialup users to access my network over
POTS phone lines.
I am looking for a solution that can help me to know (via email, pop up msg,
etc.), as soon as possible, when a phone line (or an analog modem) is out of
order ! ...Or else when a phone line (or an analog modem) have not been
accessed for x hours or minutes!

Any help !
