Do you mean ping from a host in 192.168.159.0/24 to a host in
192.168.1.0/24?

If yes, check the default routes on the host on both sides of the link. Make
sure each host can ping the gateway (default route). If that does not work
make sure "ip routing," "ip classless", and "ip subnet-zero" are all
configured on the Cisco 1760 (they are all default configs - but you never
know).
