Next time please do not include your mysql username and password in config
files placed on mailing lists. Please change your username and password
and delete these ones from the mysql database for security reasons.

change this to:

MYSQL_WHERE_CLAUSE	imapok='1' AND bool1='1' AND bool2='1'
