I had this error when I was setting up mine as well. it turned out to be a
misconfiguration with the mysql auth. Please post authmysqlrc authdaemonrc
and check that mysql is running and that the socket exists.

If you're doing virtual domains you may have to put toto at domainname as
your username and not just toto.
