The problem is that he probably does not have access to the Telco's
routers... (The original message was about the selection of routes by
the Telco.)

Also, EIGRP is Cisco-proprietary. By running it, the Telco (which may
be a Cisco reseller) is forcing its customers to buy Ciscos. They
should use OSPF as an Interior routing protocol (but Brian is right,
the should really use BGP with the customers).
