International dialing for Mercure Hotel

The dialing instructions on the Afnog page for the Mercure hotel needs to
be updated.  I have found that you need to add a "2" after
the country code to call the hotel.  I have tested this.  They
have offered a price of 62000 CFAF (748 CFAF = 1 USD).  So, the
price is about $82/night.  They will check if there is a special
price for Afnog participants...
