Well the RTT shows it's not actually going to Laurentides and back, and a
traceroute to 207.45.217.250 goes a completely different way, so I guess
it's a router in Kenya which has a wrong IP address configured on one of its
serial links.

Wouldn't do any harm to fix it though :-)
