I don't know about Sircam specifically, but I use this generic filter which
bounces mails with any executable attachment:

ftp://ftp.exim.org/pub/filter/system_filter.exim

If you want you can hook in a commercial virus scanner with exim, e.g. go to
freshmeat.net and look for 'exiscan'
