Router Problem

Hello To All,
       First of all i will like to say am very happy to be part of the afnog
mailing list family.thank you for having me.
Now to the problem am facing.a colleague of mine accidentally typed:
                  erase flash
at the prompt of a cisco 3620. now i have this prompt on the router:
			rommon >
and i can get the  router up. am in a fix.
can anyone help this poor fellla out.
