Antonio,

Are you sending via via smtp or esmtp?
Are the hosts using private IPs, if so, what side of the network?
Also, what side of the network is your mail exchanger? 
From your mail, it is not clear whether you have a mail hub or all
computers talk smtp to the recipient. clarify the above pls. I'll shoot
cisco last.
