ICTs in African Universities
Hello All!!
I am writing a chapter on 'ICT in African Universities' for the
Africa Higher Education Handbook and will need some quickey Case Study
data
to reinforce some conclusions.
Will appreciate some help from those in African Universities/Colleges
(or have some association with them in the past or present) in
completing the (shortey) questionnaire below.
Please if you can (I think it will take about only 2 minutes the most)
..kindly complete it and send it to be directly at dzidonu at ghana.com.
(BTW: You could ask someone else (in the University system) to kindly

1. Which is the Oldest University in Africa (year of establishment) [
Once heard is one of those in Egypt....Univ of Alexandria??? ...I may be
wrong]
2. Which University is the largest in Africa in terms of student numbers
( is it University of South Africa (UNISA)?)
