The basic command you need to run is the NET USER command (which gives you
unlimited control over user access). A script/batch-file with the command
will do. You do not need to load any additional software on your server.
I assume you have remote admin access.

it's possible if you resource kit to load those applications, but you will
be 100% better off to just use pcAnywhere to remote control ur windowsNT
server (u may configure to have full control from remote)
