Basically you want to use freebsd as a transparent proxy. I do this over
here with nat. Edit /etc/defaults/rc.conf and enable natd in my file I put
the following
natd_program="/sbin/natd"
natd_enable="YES"
natd_interface="your external interface"
natd_flags="-f /etc/natd.cf"
also set gateway_enable="YES"
then edit /etc/natd.cf and put in the values you need.
the only thing I had to change was interface (internal interface)
and port 8668.
