The following command should help (I've added some
example output):
tinka at lab# run show chassis pic fpc-slot 2 pic-slot 1
FPC slot 2, PIC slot 1 information:
Type 1x 10GE(LAN/WAN) IQ2
State Online
PIC version 1.11
CPU load average 0 percent
Interrupt load average 0 percent
Total DRAM size 128 MB
Memory buffer utilization 54 percent
Memory heap utilization 10 percent
Uptime 177 days, 15 hours, 39 minutes, 5 seconds
PIC port information:
Fiber Xcvr vendor
Port Cable type type Xcvr vendor part number Wavelength
0 10GBASE ER SM FINISAR CORP. FTRX-1611-3-J2 1550 nm
{master}[edit]
tinka at lab#
As you can see, the command also provides you with
CPU and Interrupt load averages for the PIC.
Even though this particular interface is doing a
couple of Gbps of traffic, the card's CPU is
unphased. That's because the CPU on the PIC is not
used to forward traffic.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Mark.
