Try and move the traffic from this port on to its own Gig-E 
PIC in a different slot. See if that makes a difference.

Keep an eye on these. If you leave these 3x ports active, be 
sure they each don't exceed 33% of the total PIC bandwidth 
of 1Gbps. That's the per-port ratio you're working with on 
the 4-port Gig-E PIC in this scenario.
