[afnog] 32 bit ASN

Hello Mark Tinka,

For the ASPLAIN i use "123456"  as the ASN (not the real ASN)
For the ASDOT I use 5.XX as ASN after conversion from the 32 bit asn .
N>B  XX is not the real decimal point

The same error message.

What do you mean? This would either work or it wouldn't.
