to be a proxy box. Just follow the link above to download it.
Its just a linux with some proxy features.You may customize according to your needs. Its windows GUI.

i have an specialize line (ligne spécialisée) with public address for Internet.

i have enough users.so my connection become to slow.
now, i am looking for a proxy in order to control well my wideband (bande passante).
