[afnog] Packet Forwarding Issue with Linux

Hi all,

This issue was resolved by the ISP simply refreshing the ARP table of their
device.  However, as I'm sure many are accustomed to, getting round to the
right person at the ISP who knew that this was all that needed to be done is
another story altogether :-)
