[afnog] Resetting Password; DELL PowerVault MD3000i

Dear Gurus,
I am trying to set a mail cluster with Dell storage sever (PowerVault
MD3000i). The problem is, the guy who was configuring this storage server
has left and he forgot the password (Storage Array (SA) Password).
I have the console cable (PS2-DB9) and i have tried to reset this password
using this cable, however it requires username and password from Dell
support. Unfortunately the server was purchased locally and dell could not
help much. My supplier seem to be very sluggish.
Does any one know how i can reset this password?? Any help will be very
much appreciated.
