It's listed at uceprotect.net (not in other blacklists, it seems)

(actually, the whole AS is listed) so there is may be something spammy
inside. You did not provide the rejection message from Free, may be
there was a reference to this blacklist. uceprotect.net also gives you
the list of offending IP addresses so it may be a start.
