[afnog] .UG authoritative nameserver failing

Hi

We are receiving reports of intermittent DNS failures when resolving .ug 
domains.

I have managed to trace this to a SERVFAIL response from the 
authoritative server demon.mtn.co.ug.

Does anyone have a contact for getting this fixed?
