Excellent. I'd say this would make good material for a HOWTO or blog post if
you would care to write up the complete solution.

There are some very strict anti-spam blacklists, getting more widely used,
which if they see excessive spam from any clients then they blacklist the
entire netblock.  So controlling your users is more important than ever,
because a few virus-infected bots can get your whole network blocked, even
if your main outbound SMTP server is cleaner than clean.
