Dear All,
i have cacti, monitoring resource utilization on my network. but i have
been experiencing something weird. the OUTBOUND seems to be higher than
INBOUND,which i thing is not right!
my question is, these outbound and inbound are with respect to what? is it
like in cisco ACLs? please any help will be highly appreciated.
