Dear All,

As Finland decides that broadband access is a right for it's citizens, Nigeria is also taking early steps in this direction.

The Nigeria ICT Forum (http://forum.org.ng/) would like to engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders to begin to discuss how we may fashion a broadband policy for Nigeria. Your voices are critical in this process to represent the rich and divergent views of Nigerians.
