[afnog] DNS Root zone signing: check that you are prepared

I take the liberty to direct your attention to the ongoing deployment
of DNSSEC on the DNS root name servers. You may have things to check
on your networks, to be sure they will be able to receive DNS answers
greater than 512 bytes EVEN IF YOU DON'T PLAN TO USE DNSSEC!
