Dear Bope,
You mean you went to http://www.afrinic.net/whoisdb/whois-afr.htm and typed
in your public ip then search and it returned the result bellow? You may
want to verify your public ip address with this tool:
http://www.whatsmyip.org/ and try again as i don't see Afrinic managing the
whole IP range...smile.. If i am correct, For V4 Afrinic manages the
41.0.0.0/8, and 197.0.0.0/8 range only. I may be wrong though.
