Is it Because of the Netbios settings?
What is the recommeded settings for Netbios when using static IPs on your network?
-Default
-Enable
-Disable
Currently am using Default.
My ISA 2006 server is blocking some sites-is it because of that?
Thanks.

It's a NetBIOS broadcast to resolve a name through the NetBIOS name
service. The destination is not an actual host on the network.
