The Secret working group has taken this as work item. Thank you  for  
opt-ing

Further on  this thread,  it is clear that  the other part of  AFRICA  
has  challenges regarding  the NET  and can not  always  meet the  
requirements of this evolving Internet :

-Ability to update systems/softwares/tools to use new features
- Ability to meet bandwidth  requirement to keep local copy of  
critical contents
- Etc.....

As DTNRG is  not chartered to deal with  these issues, i was  thinking  
of a sort of  CTNRG. "C" standing for "Capacity". I have been  
discussing this with  a group of people,  and will like to hear from  
folks on this list.
