Hi
I am encontering a problem while setting up an AS5300 for users who will connect via dialup.
The telco PRI modem is a nokia BB2M-EC and the card from which the DB9 is connected is G.703/2M.
pinouts according to our telco for the db9 is
pin1 & pin 2 - receive
pin 3 & pin 5 - transmit
pinout suggested by hardware supplier is
db9 rj-45
Rx ring 2 connects to Tx ring 5
Rx tip 1 connects to Tx tip 4
Tx tip 5 connects to Rx tip 2
Tx ring 4 connects to Rx ring 1

The db9 to RJ45 cable used to connect the modem to the AS5300 works on another 3845 router's PRI module.
The modem status shows ALARM LED amber, TX LED green and RX LED is off. Controller status on AS5300 is down.

I have checked the AS5300's documentation on the web but only pinouts for db15 connectors on modems.
Can anyone help us in troubleshooting this problem?

Regards
