cacti will graph anything that can be polled from devices on the
network. This is primarily done through SNMP but with a little scripting
it is possible for cacti to collect just about any data.

It is however only a _framework_ for the collection of data. The devices
in your network must have the ability to count and report the statistics
that you want to gather with cacti.
