Hi Habib,
Where is the Web Server? Is it inside your network?
Can you access it on the Server?
This is the error I got when trying to access it from Ghana:
The following information is meant for the website developer for debugging
purposes. Error Occurred While Processing Request A License Exception
has been thrown. You tried to access the developer edition from a
disallowed IP (41.210.5.121). The developer edition can only be accessed
from 127.0.0.1 and two additional IP addresses. The additional IP addresses
are: 74.6.22.186,213.55.74.109 Resources:
- Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the
source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging >
Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.

that you are using the correct syntax.
- Search the Knowledge
