AfriNIC also publishes a daily file detailing all the allocations and
assignments it has made. The file lists a country for each prefix but the
country listed may not be the country (all) the addresses are used in.
Sometimes providers operate in multiple countries, other times the user is
located in another country but connected by way of a VPN or some other
tunnel.
