[afnog] Same messages downloaded many times

Usually this problem occurs when a mail fetch terminates abnormally  
either through the user terminating the mail download, or connectivity  
problems.

If the user needs to be able to get his mails both in outlook and  
using webmail then you may want to consider using imap instead of pop3.
