I am sammmy,
 
I would like to put in place a strategy for monitoring me to monitor the flow of the Internet connection that I could have and whenever there is a problem (down connection) system introduced me by sending me a signal example alertest (alerts web, the pop-up on your screen, or on your Account of instant messaging (Jabber, Yahoo Messenger, MSN ...) via e-mail, or by a text message on my mobile (mobile phone) . 

I want to use wireshark please give some tips for me to solve this problem.
