Stop you v4 firewall first and try again.

Not sure about other FreeBSD firewalls, but I experienced 
issues where a v4-only configured IPfw firewall 
automatically enabled filtering the moment it detected a v6 
address upon boot (even when said v6 address was on another 
Ethernet interface IPfw had nothing to do with).
